Early Childhood Educator — Fairmount Area

What You’ll Get:
$22–$28/hour as a lead coach, with potential raises based on performance

What You’ll Do:
Lead sessions that blend soccer skills with character development
Deliver high-energy, engaging classes for children ages 2–8
Create a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere on the field
Communicate clearly with families and represent our core values
Coaches may be asked to lead sessions across multiple neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia, so flexibility and reliable transportation are a plus.
No coaching experience required — we provide all training! Experience working with children through babysitting, camps, classrooms, tutoring, childcare, or similar roles is a plus.

Soccer Shots is the premier children’s soccer program for ages 2–8. Our mission is to positively impact every child we serve using our 3Cs approach: Coaching, Curriculum, and Communication.
We proudly serve more than 10,000 local families across Philadelphia, Camden County, and Lower Bucks County each year, with programs at over 100 locations.
Compensación: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
