What You’ll Do

Lead Fun, Engaging Sessions: You’ll be teaching children aged 2-8 soccer skills in a fun and energetic way.
Foster Growth & Teamwork: Beyond teaching soccer, you’ll be helping kids develop life skills like confidence, teamwork, respect, and discipline.
Create Positive, Encouraging Environments: As a Soccer Shots coach, you’ll inspire kids to do their best while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Collaborate with a Supportive Team: You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values each other’s strengths and supports one another.
Have Fun! The best part of being a Soccer Shots coach is the fun you have with the kids, whether you’re running drills, playing games, or celebrating their achievements.

What We’re Looking For

Passionate About Kids: We’re looking for people who genuinely care about making a difference in children’s lives. No professional soccer experience required! Whether you’re an experienced coach or new to soccer, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
Energetic & Enthusiastic: Soccer Shots coaches are fun, energetic, and excited to teach and engage young children.
Reliable & Responsible: Our coaches are dependable and committed to making each session a positive experience for the kids.
Great Communication Skills: You’ll be interacting with children, parents, and the Soccer Shots team, so clear communication is key.
Flexible Availability: We work around your schedule, so you’ll need to have availability for weekend or weekday sessions (varies by location).

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with...

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
Opportunities to provide feedback - We value the feedback of our dedicated team and want to know how to make our program better for the families we serve, and our coaches.
