Childhood Soccer Instructor for Ages 2-7

At Soccer Shots, we are looking for the next key leaders who wants to make a positive impact on a child's life through sport! Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you have a passion for teaching children, and understand how to use sports as a way to educate and enrich. Our instructors know how to motivate children by bringing enthusiasm to every class. We strive to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of every child's week. Soccer Shots is an international franchise, where many owners and directors started out as coaches.

We can work within your current schedule. Soccer Shots partners with daycares, schools, and parks all over Philadelphia, Camden County and Lower Bucks County and we will SCHEDULE YOU ONLY WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE.

Compensation: $22-28 per hour based on experience

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. In Philadelphia Area, we serve Philadelphia, Camden County, and Lower Bucks County (Bristol to Bensalem) families with our unique soccer experience at more than 100 local sites and with more than 10000 local families in the last two years.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
