Children's Soccer Instructor
Soccer Shots is the children's soccer experience for 2-8 year olds. Our aim is to provide the best children's recreational experience for every child in this city and leave a lasting positive impact on every child we serve. We do this by follow our 3Cs approach: Coaching (only the best), Curriculum (Aligned with ECE standards), Communication (direct to parents).

We believe that soccer is a powerful vehicle for positively impacting youth. We aim to serve children who live in underserved communities through quality soccer programs that support their physical and personal development.
As the premier Children’s Soccer Experience, our mission is clear – we aim to positively impact children’s lives.
WHAT YOU GET:
- $22-28 per hour as a lead coach
- Opportunity for pay raise after the first 2 months (based on performance eval)
- 30-40 minute curriculum-guided classes. You bring the energy, we provide the curriculum for minimal prep.
- Paid field training at $15 hour and we reimburse child safety clearances (at conclusion of training)

Soccer Shots Philadelphia Area
In Philadelphia Area, we serve Philadelphia, Camden County, and Lower Bucks County (Bristol to Bensalem) families with our unique soccer experience at more than 100 local sites and with more than 10000 local families in the last two years.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.
Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.
Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with...
- Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
- Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
- Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
- Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
- Opportunities to provide feedback - We value the feedback of our dedicated team and want to know how to make our program better for the families we serve, and our coaches.
