Kids Soccer Coach (Ages 2–8)

What You'll Get:
- $22–$28 per hour as a Lead Coach
- Opportunity for a pay raise after the first 2 months (based on performance evaluation)
- Paid field training at $15/hour
- Reimbursement for child safety clearances (after training completion)
- Flexible scheduling:
- Morning shifts: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Thursday)
- Morning shifts: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

- Weekend Shifts: 9:30-12:30 (Saturday-Sunday)
- Curriculum-based 30–40 minute sessions with minimal prep

What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for working with children and helping them grow
- Reliable, energetic, and coachable individuals
- Willingness to commit to at least 2 days per week
- Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation
- Experience with children or coaching is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
About Our Local Team:
Soccer Shots Philadelphia Area serves families throughout Philadelphia, Camden County, and Lower Bucks County. In the past two years alone, we’ve partnered with over 100 local sites and worked with more than 10,000 families.
