Children's Soccer Coach for Ages 2-7
Locations: Throughout Camden County, NJ
Pay: $100-350 per week dependent on weekly availability
Hours: Flexible **Daytime availability preferred**
Training and trial period is paid hourly for the first 2-5 weeks.

At Soccer Shots, we are looking for the next key leaders who wants to make a positive impact on a childs life through sport! Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you have a passion for teaching children, and understand how to use sports as a way to educate and enrich. Our instructors know how to motivate children by bringing enthusiasm to every class. We strive to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of every child's week. Every Soccer Shots Coach gets trained and certified through a comprehensive program based on early childhood education principles!
Soccer Shots programming is curriculum-based so you don't need to create a lesson plan!
We make sure our coaches stay at the top of their game through ongoing training and evaluations.
We provide opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
Soccer Shots is an international franchise, where many owners and directors started out as coaches.

We can work within your current school or work schedule. Soccer Shots partners with daycares, schools, and parks throughout Camden County from Cherry Hill to Winslow Township. When we schedule coaches for sessions, consideration is taken for travel time, weekly consistency, and workload.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
